Ayman Z. Jomaa is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Numbase Group, an AI-powered digital services and Mobile VAS group with 20 years of experience and a presence in 22 countries with telcos along with the group global services on Android and Apple.
Ayman began his career in 1999 while completing his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and later became an alumnus of both the Harvard Business School and the American University of Beirut.
With a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, VAS Management, Microfinance and Fintech services,in addition to Digital Services and Gaming, Ayman is a serial entrepreneur in the mobile and technology sectors. Since 2003, he has invested in numerous startups and has been a shareholder in companies such as Shazam, Beyond Limits, Mojo, Phion, ILA, Dealyze, Revolut, Klarna, WeFox, Dinoski, Snoonu, and ShoutTV. Under his leadership, Numbase has expanded from the Middle East and Gulf region to Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa and Central America.
Ayman is widely recognized for his passion for technology and innovation and his active role as an angel investor supporting emerging startups.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Ayman is deeply committed to social impact, contributing to several charitable and community initiatives in the fields of education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability. His notable donations include contributions to the American University Hospital in Beirut, the Municipality of Tyr, and Phoenicia University, where the Ghalia Ayman Jomaa Suite and the General’s Lecture Hall stand in recognition of his support.
